Affiliate Program Terms
Effective date: July 28, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the contentgrove Affiliate Program (the "Program"). The Program is operated by flytoMars Media LLC, doing business as contentgrove ("contentgrove," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St #47209, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
By applying for, accessing, or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to these Affiliate Terms and the general contentgrove Terms and Conditions. If these documents conflict regarding the Program, these Affiliate Terms control.
1. Eligibility and enrollment
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You must provide complete and accurate registration, contact, tax, and payout information. We may approve or reject an application at our discretion and may review an Affiliate's websites, channels, promotional methods, and audience before or after approval.
Approval applies only to the person or business registered with the Program. Affiliate accounts and referral links may not be sold, transferred, or shared without our prior written approval.
2. Referral tracking and attribution
Approved Affiliates receive a unique referral link through the Endorsely affiliate portal.
A referral may qualify when:
- A prospective customer clicks the Affiliate's valid referral link;
- Endorsely records the Affiliate as the referring party;
- The customer creates a contentgrove account within the 60-day cookie period; and
- The customer completes a valid paid subscription.
The Program uses first-click attribution. When more than one Affiliate refers the same customer, Endorsely's tracking records determine which Affiliate receives the commission.
Tracking may be affected when a customer deletes or blocks cookies, changes devices or browsers, uses private browsing, or otherwise prevents tracking. We are not required to assign or change a referral manually when Endorsely did not record it, although we may do so at our discretion when clear evidence is available.
If we provide an Affiliate with an approved promotional code, use of that code may also be used for attribution.
3. Commissions
Affiliates earn 50% recurring commission on eligible subscription revenue actually received from a referred customer.
Commission duration is unlimited. Commission continues for each eligible subscription payment for as long as the referred customer remains an active paying customer, subject to these Affiliate Terms.
Commission applies to the subscription amount paid by the customer, excluding:
- Sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes;
- Refunds, credits, and promotional discounts;
- Chargebacks and disputed payments;
- Failed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid payments; and
- Any amount not actually received by contentgrove.
Payment-processing fees charged to contentgrove are not deducted from the commission calculation.
At the prices available on the effective date, this generally means:
- $14.50 commission on a paid $29 monthly invoice; or
- $144 commission on each paid $288 annual invoice.
No commission is earned for free accounts, free signups, free trials, or unpaid subscriptions. Commission begins only after the customer makes an eligible payment. Upgrades, downgrades, discounts, cancellations, refunds, and other subscription changes may increase, reduce, reverse, or end the corresponding commission.
"Unlimited" or "lifetime" commission refers to the paying lifetime of the referred customer's eligible subscription. It does not guarantee that a customer will remain subscribed or that the Program will operate indefinitely.
4. Payouts
Commissions are tracked through Endorsely and paid in US dollars through PayPal on a Net-30 basis. This generally means eligible commissions earned during a calendar month become payable 30 days after that month ends.
The minimum payout is $10. A balance below $10 rolls forward until the threshold is reached.
Affiliates must provide and maintain a valid PayPal email address. Affiliates are responsible for any PayPal, withdrawal, currency-conversion, or intermediary fees associated with receiving a payout.
We may delay or withhold a payout while investigating suspected fraud, chargebacks, tracking errors, violations of these Affiliate Terms, or missing tax, identity, or payout information.
If commission was paid for a transaction that is later refunded, charged back, or found ineligible, we may deduct that amount from a future payout or request repayment.
5. Affiliate responsibilities and disclosures
Affiliates must:
- Promote contentgrove honestly and accurately;
- Use current information about features, pricing, trials, refunds, and availability;
- Clearly disclose their financial relationship with contentgrove;
- Follow all advertising, privacy, email, consumer-protection, and endorsement laws applicable to their activities;
- Obtain any permissions required to send marketing communications; and
- Stop using contentgrove promotional materials when requested.
Affiliates may express honest opinions, including criticism, but may not make false or misleading statements or promise results that contentgrove does not guarantee.
Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed close to the Affiliate's recommendation or referral link. A suitable disclosure is: "I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link." In video content, the relationship should be disclosed in the video and near the referral link in the video description.
6. Prohibited promotional methods
Unless contentgrove provides prior written approval, Affiliates may not:
- Purchase through their own referral link or refer an account they own or control;
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, misleading redirects, or similar tracking manipulation;
- Generate fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or fabricated signups or payments;
- Bid on "contentgrove," its misspellings, or related branded keywords in paid search;
- Run paid advertisements that link directly to contentgrove while presenting the advertisement as an official contentgrove advertisement;
- Register domains, social media accounts, applications, or business names containing "contentgrove" or confusingly similar terms;
- Impersonate contentgrove or suggest that they are an employee, agent, or official representative of contentgrove;
- Publish or promote unauthorized coupons, discounts, or offers;
- List contentgrove on coupon, cashback, incentive, or deal websites;
- Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
- Make false claims, publish fake reviews, or create misleading comparisons;
- Promote contentgrove through illegal, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, or infringing content; or
- Interfere with another Affiliate's attribution or commissions.
Violations may result in referral rejection, commission reversal, suspension, or termination.
7. Brand and promotional materials
While participating in the Program, contentgrove grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved contentgrove names, logos, links, screenshots, and promotional materials solely to promote contentgrove under these Affiliate Terms.
Affiliates may not materially alter our logos or other brand assets, claim ownership of them, sublicense them, or use them in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement beyond participation in the Program.
All rights not expressly granted remain with contentgrove.
8. Independent contractor and taxes
The Affiliate is an independent contractor. These Affiliate Terms do not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.
Affiliates have no authority to make commitments on behalf of contentgrove.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, licenses, insurance, business expenses, and compliance requirements. We may request tax or identity documentation and may withhold payouts when required by law or until requested documentation is provided.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time by written notice.
If the Affiliate voluntarily leaves the Program, or if contentgrove ends the Affiliate's participation without fraud, misconduct, or another material breach, eligible referrals attributed before the termination date will continue earning recurring commission for as long as those customers remain eligible paying customers. The Affiliate will not earn commission from new referrals after termination and must maintain accurate PayPal, contact, and tax information to receive continuing payouts.
We may suspend or terminate an Affiliate immediately for fraud, misleading promotion, unlawful conduct, brand misuse, disclosure failures, prohibited promotional methods, or another material breach of these Affiliate Terms.
If an Affiliate is suspended or terminated for fraud or a material breach, contentgrove may reject affected referrals, reverse commissions, cancel unpaid commissions, and end future commissions on existing referrals.
After termination, the Affiliate must stop presenting themselves as a contentgrove Affiliate and stop using contentgrove brand materials. Payment, tax, liability, indemnification, and enforcement provisions survive termination where applicable.
10. Program and term changes
We may change these Affiliate Terms or discontinue the Program by providing reasonable notice through email, the Affiliate portal, or our website.
Unless required to address fraud, abuse, legal compliance, or a clear error, changes to the commission rate will apply prospectively to referrals generated after the stated effective date. Existing valid referrals will remain subject to the commission rate in effect when they were attributed.
If contentgrove discontinues the Program for all Affiliates, commission will be calculated through the Program's stated end date, and all eligible unpaid balances will be paid in accordance with these Affiliate Terms. No additional commission will accrue after the Program ends.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Program, tracking technology, affiliate portal, referral links, and promotional materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, any number of referrals, or any amount of earnings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, contentgrove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities arising from the Program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, contentgrove's total liability relating to the Program will not exceed the commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless contentgrove and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable legal fees arising from the Affiliate's promotional activities, violation of these Affiliate Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another party's rights.
13. Governing terms
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The dispute-resolution provisions in the general contentgrove Terms and Conditions, including its informal-negotiation and individual-arbitration provisions, apply to disputes concerning the Program.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
